Funny Girl

Allison is constantly cracking me up with the things she does. I went to back to school night to meet with her teachers last night and when I asked how she is doing so far, the teacher replied, "Allison is a riot." This just made me laugh. Guess she acts the same at school as she does at home. At least she's not intimidated there. Two years ago, I never would have thought she would be as outgoing as she is. For those of you that know her or knew her the past three years, you know what a shy child she used to be. I guess it all changed about 10 months ago. Not sure what prompted the change, but she sure is quite the talker. Even when were out in public at the library or mall, and she sees another child around her age, she will say, "there is my friend" and she will proceed to go up to them and try to have a conversation. Sometimes they look at her like she has two heads and sometimes they get excited and want to play. Anyway, it sounds like she is doing great at school - the teacher said she has lots of friends and she's running the show. Yesterday, she proceeded to crack me up by doing this:



Guess she didn't want to read her library books alone so she set up each of her stuffed animals with a book to read. Silly little girl.
