Penne with Spinach in a Tomato Cream Sauce

I've fallen behind on my recipe posting so I hope to post a few today. The first dish is penne with spinach in a tomato cream sauce .. I kind of made this one up by combining a couple different recipes. It is very simple, but good. I used penne but you could really use any type of hearty pasta. For the recipe, click here.
