This recipe is very simple but is a great one-dish meal. I used egg noodles but you could really use any type of pasta. In fact, the original recipe calls for rotelle pasta. You could also put whatever kind o vegetable you like in it. I think it would be yummy with fresh shredded carrots and zucchini but since I didn't have these on hand, I just used a frozen vegetable mix. It's a good recipe to mask vegetable if your kids aren't a big fan of them (I can vouch for that!). I was able to sneak a few vegetables into Allison with this dish. For the recipe, click here.
