This is another New Orleans recipe. Most of my New Orleans recipes come from a cookbook I received at a wedding shower that Jeff's family threw for us many years ago. The book is called "The Best of New Orleans" by Brooke Dojny. It's a small book filled with many wonderful recipes. This dish is a bit complicated and time-consuming, so be sure to allow yourself about an hour of uninterrupted time to prepare the meal. For the recipe, click here.
