They opened a new Build-a-Bear store in the mall near us and my moms group was invited for a special pre-grand opening event at 8:30 this morning. Each child made a bear for the sick kids at a local children's hospital. The best part was that I managed to get Allison, Daniel and I dressed, fed and out of the house by 8:10 this morning (so it is possible!). Allison's favorite part was meeting the Chick-fil-A cow. Go figure. He had nothing to do with the event, just shameless advertising, but we got a free kids meal coupon from him so it's all good. Here's a cute picture I took of the two of them:
