Video Calls

Can I just say that video calls are the coolest thing ever.We've been meaning to set this up for over a year now but nobody I knew had a webcam. My sister recently purchased one so we finally were able to talk and see each other. It feels like we are in the same room. She was able to watch Allison open the birthday gift she gave her. My parents, who are currently in Maryland, recently got a new webcam and we started the video calls with them too. They love being able to see the kids. Both of them have great webcams so we can enlarge the picture to full screen size and it's great quality. Our webcam is pretty old so the quality isn't great but I'll probably be purchasing a new one very soon. For the video conferencing platform, we like to use Skype for all our video calls because it's owned by Ebay (where Bonnie works). It's an easy application to use and of course it's free! If you haven't used video calling before, I highly recommend it. And no, I'm not getting paid for this post just wanted to share how cool it is!
