Jeff and I were deciding whether to get Allison a new "big" girl bike for her birthday so we took her to the toy store on Saturday to try them out. She had fun riding around the store on all sorts of bikes and we found one that worked perfectly for her. It was just the right size but we realized she would outgrow it in the next six months and we'd just have to buy a bigger one. So we decided to hold off on buying her one until the holidays. Well, last night, while Jeff and Allison were out walking Riley, they ran into our neighbor who just so happened to be getting rid of his daughters bike because she never used it and it was too small. Jeff called me to come outside and I saw Allison peddling down the sidewalk on her "new" bike. It was just the right size, her favorite color pink, and it had a Mickey bell on it. It couldnt' have been more perfect. Funny how things work out sometimes...
