A couple things to report:
1. Jeff got into graduate school. He will start at the end of July on his MBA. The program is every third weekend (sat & sun) about 1 hour from where we live.
2. We are hiring a housekeeper.
Is #2 result of #1 you may ask? Well, yes and no. Jeff has been wanting to hire one for a long time but I have been the resistant one. I always felt that as a stay at home mom, part of my job should be to keep the house clean. When we only had Allison, this was quite simple. Then little Daniel came along and it became a bit more complicated. Trying to do anything was nearly impossible because he screams if I am in a different room and I couldn't just stick him in the room I was trying to clean because of all the chemicals from the cleaning products. So I would clean on weekends when Jeff was home but we'd all rather have spent that time doing fun family things.
In my mind, I could never justify the cost of a cleaning person. Yes, I tend to be cheap sometimes and this was one of those areas that I just couldn't convince myself to spend money on. Well, now that I'm working part time and Jeff will soon be going to school every third weekend for the next two years, I believe the time has come to bite the bullet and hire someone. Maybe I'm writing all this to help justify my decision, who knows.
So I wish to say good luck to my husband. He just couldn't stand the fact that I had more education than him (JUST KIDDING JEFF!). It won't be an easy two years for us (not having him around every third weekend), but at least it's only two years. We will survive.

ROCK ON...oh, a housekeeper...LOVELY! ENJOY!
Been good catching up with your family. I have been nutty around here getting things done. I can't believe how big they are.
How is the part time work going?
Amy...Tell Jeff I said CONGRATULATIONS!! Since he is getting his MBA, maybe I'll go on for my PhD...Yeah RIGHT!!
Enjoy the housekeeper...Lord knows I LOVE mine.
Ffej and Yma, I read the blog whenever I can. It's nice to see how well you guys are doing!
Jeff, I'm doing my MBA now. I'll be finished in May of next year. It's simultaneously the best and worst thing I've ever done. I love the classes, they're so tough but immediately applicable to your everyday life. But it also consumes you!! Good luck with it and let me know if you need to vent about supply chains and forecasting!!
