Tiny Talk Tuesday

Here's what Allison, age 3 3/4 had to say this past week:

I was yelling at Daniel for feeding the dog his food:
Me: No, you're not listening Daniel. Don't give Riley your food!(of course Daniel just gets the biggest smile on his face)
Allison: We're not going to give him away right?
Me: Who Daniel?
Allison: Yeah, we're not going to give him away for not listening?
Me: No, he can stay.

I had taken a popsicle out of the freezer for Allison to eat. It was one of the last in the box so it had been there for awhile and had a lot of ice on it, so Allison says, " There's too much ice on there. I mean, I like ice, but there's just too much!" (that just cracked me up!)

While driving in the car:
Allison: Mommy, what time is it?
Me: It's Three "O" eight
Allison: But "O" is not a number!
Me: Oh, sorry, it's 3 zero eight! (leave it to the three year old to correct me!)
