We had a busy busy day on Halloween. Allison was dressed up as Tinkerbell this year. The day started with me picking up Allison's wand and realizing that it was broken and when Allison heard me say, "the wand broke!" she started to cry. Luckily, her daddy can fix anything and he came to the rescue. So after that fiasco, we were off the her school for the parade. Even though the weather was lousy and they had to parade inside, Allison had a good time. Every time she walked by me while parading around, she had to stop and give me a BIG hug. It was sweet. Aunt Bonnie and Michael are also in town and were able to enjoy the festivities. Uncle Michael was even kind enough to carve the pumpkin. Not only did he carve it, but he carved Cinderella into it. It looked amazing. Of course, I forgot to take a picture of it so I'll have to post that later. Later in the evening we attended a block party in our neighborhood and then it was time to go trick-or-treating. So with her entourage in tow (Aunt Bonnie, daddy, and grandma) Allison managed to make it to about 10 houses (which was plenty) before the skies opened up. All in all I think she had a good time. I decided not to dress Daniel up this year, but he does look awfully cute in this picture:
