Chicken Parmigiana


This is anotehr recipe from me Cuisine at Home perfect pasta cookbook. I changed it up a bit. The orginial recipe called for fresh mozzarella and sauce but I didn't have either so I used jar sauce and some shredded Italian mix cheese. I also stuck the pan under the broiler for a few minutes to get the cheese extra crispy as you can see in the picture. It turned out great! For the recipe click here.
