Tiny Talk Tuesday

Here's what Allison had to say this past week:

I was talking to Allison about how her grandparents have two houses in two different states:
Me: Grandma's Maryland house is far away from here.
Allison: Yeah, it's in China. (okay, not that far!)

Allison: (while sitting at the dinner table) I have princess vitamins and when daddy was a baby, he ate princess vitamins too. (Let's ask daddy about that one)

No talking involved in this one but her actions made us chuckle.
Allison had a salad for the first time yesterday. She's had cucumbers and carrots before, but never an actual salad. She ate about half of it and decided she was done. Before Jeff and I could react, she dumped the remainder of the salad into the bowl of fresh salad (dressing and all). We had to explain to her that when she's done, the salad goes in the sink, not back in the bowl!
