Beef Kebabs...and a Party Idea

I made beef kebabs the other night and since they were so colorful, they photographed well. There really is no recipe for them, I simply marinated the meat in the Lawry's terriyaki marinade. I also brushed the marinade on the entire kebab (including vegetables) while it was on the grill. Also, last year I threw my sister and brother-in-law a bridal shower and we did a make your own kebab party. It was truly a lot of fun - but a bit time consuming for the grillman (or woman). I basically had bowls of vegetables and marinated meats and everyone had their own skewer and made their own kebab they way they like it. From what I remember, we had chicken, beef and shrimp, red pepper, green pepper, mushrooms, pineapple, garlic, zucchini, cherry tomatoes and onion. It was a lot of fun and I think the guests really enjoyed the originality. Just wanted to pass the idea along! Anyway, here's the picture of the kebabs I made the other night:
