Veal Marsala

This is the first time I have ever tried to make veal and it was pretty simple. The only thing I would change (which was Jeff's recommendation) is to use a little less mushrooms next time (I updated the recipe) but other than that we thought it was quite tasty. I served it with twice baked potatoes and a zucchini/carrot mixture. It made for a very nice, yet simple dinner. For the veal recipe, click here. Here is a photo of our dinner:
