Tiny Talk Tuesday

Here's what Allison. 3years old, had to say last week:

Every night when I put Allison to bed, we talk about what we did that day. We had a very busy day last Thursday and Allison was exhausted.

Me: We had a busy day today. You went to school, then we went to grandmas pool and then you had swim class. What would you like to do tomorrow?
Allison: Maybe we can just stay home tomorrow.

At gymnastics class, they swing on a rope over a pit filled with foam blocks.

Me: Did you swing on the rope over the foam pit at gymnastics class?
Allison: Yes, but they were not "phones" with buttons

My sister is coming to visit next week and Allison is VERY excited. This morning she said to me " I can't wait for Aunt Bonnie to come. Aunt Bonnie is so pretty. But Aunt Bonnie doesn't like loud noises." (not sure where so got that last thought from)

Lately, Allison has been using the word guys and it cracks me up. This morning, at breakfast she says "I'm going to be pretty like a princess GUYS!" (I think Daniel and I were the "guys")

Allison was singing quite loudly this morning at breakfast and as much as I love to hear her sing, it was a bit early for all the noise so I said to her:
Me: Why don't you save all the singing for school today?
Allison: Okay, I'll put it in my pocket and pull it out at school and show my teachers.
At which point she put her hand in her pocket and continued to sing....
