Cajun Fettuccine

This is one of my favorite recipes. It's from the Cuisine at Home Perfect Pasta book but I changed the recipe up a little bit. The original recipe includes peas, kielbasa and shrimp. I don't really care for peas, I use turkey sausage instead of kielbasa and I made this dish with the shrimp before and Jeff and I agreed that it's better without the shrimp. The one ingredient I added to the recipe is red pepper. I think this adds a wonderful flavor to the dish. You could also mix in some green or yellow pepper if you like. For the recipe, click here.
