We spent this past Saturday at our friends Brian and Kim's house. For Allison's birthday last year, they had given her a Barbie fishing pole. We finally had an opportunity to go over their house and take Allison fishing in one of the canals in their neighborhood. Allison seemed to enjoy the experience. She didn't catch and fish but became very excited when she caught a stick. Her friend Alexis managed to catch a bluegill fish and everyone got to touch it. We didn't fish for very long because the rain was a comin' so hopefully next time she have a chance to catch something. In the meantime, here's some pictures of Allison's first fishing trip.
