Tilapia with a Lemon Caper Sauce


I wanted to try making tilapia with a thicker sauce than I used last time. I found a recipe for a lemon caper sauce. It ended up being not too creamy but it tasted great so I guess that's a good thing. I baked the tilapia (with some fresh lemon juice squeezed on top) on 350 for about 20-25 minutes and made the sauce seprately on the stovetop. Then I just poured the sauce on top when the fish was done coking. I also put some over the white rice which added a nice flavor to the rice. For the recipe, click here.
