Welcome to Tiny Talk Tuesday! I think this is the first week I only have Daniel "talk". So here's what my little 2-year old had to say:
Allison, Daniel and I were crossing the street when suddenly Daniel yells out "Watch out! Car!" (yes there was a car coming but it wasn't going to hit us luckily).
I was trying to get Allison to come downstairs and she was taking her jolly old time. When I get frustrated I begin to count (as in...if I get to 3, you're going to time out!).
Me: Allison, let's go! One....
Daniel: Two! (I couldn't help by laugh at this point).
Daniel, on the other-hand, could care less about time out. He's been really working us recently with not listening and laughing when we try to yell or talk sternly to him. So Jeff says "Do you want to go to time out?" And Daniel's response... "Yes!." This kid is trouble! Apparently we need to find a new form of discipline for him. Any suggestions?

Glad to hear that our little guy isn't the only one who a) laughs at us when we try to discipline and b) says "yes" to a time out! What is with boys??? I guess the only good news about having two is that I'll know what to expect with the next one :-)
OH my...Daniel reminds me of one of mine...yeah, little Tricia was that way. It is definitely a whole new ball game :)
Oh dear...audrey was just like Daniel. She loved Time out, I eventually (and still do) T/o for ME.
Love the 'Watch out'...it's good he knows to be careful!
