Yes, I know, it's been ages since I posted a recipe. The reason is partly because I haven't had the time to cook anything new and partly because I haven't had time to write up the recipes and prepare a post. Today, I found some time. This recipe is actually one of the Publix Apron Meals. I first tried it in the store where they cooked it up so the customers could sample and see if they liked it. Turns out I really liked this one, (as did Daniel) so I bought the ingredients and prepared it at home. Jeff was a little unsure at first because he's not used to spaghetti in this fashion but he quickly became a fan of it. The picture doesn't really do much for it but it really is tasty.
