After Allison's piano recital this past weekend, we went out to eat. It was around 3 o'clock in the afternoon and we were trying to decide what meal we were eating. Jeff said "Linner" I said "lunner" and Allison shouted out "Dunch!" So dunch it is...
Daniel; I want to be a fireman when I grow up. I mean, I just want to be a kid when I grow up.
Me: That's the one thing you can't be.
Daniel: Okay, then I'll just play tennis.
There was a bird in the driveway and Allison had to run away from it
Me: My goodness, why are you scared of anything that moves?
Allison: I don't like dead things either.

You've got some smart kids there. if only you could stay a kid hey, dunch is a good one :)
love growing up to be a "kid"... sounds great to me (too bad it's not realistic!)
ANd I like Dunch... I always call lunch, dinner or supper and my kids are always correcting me. Maybe I will just start using some crazy mixture of the words to really get them confused!t
I've called it "lupper" before too. Dunch works well.
Definitely hard to make up your mind what you want to be when you grow up at such a young age.
My daughter is always running to birds so she can catch them and put them in a cage. You daughter makes perfectly good sense though.
Your kids crack me up. LOL! I don't like dead things either :)
