The Engineer's Rocketship Bed Creation

As expected, Jeff spent all evening and even into the early morning hours (he finally went to bed at 3am!) designing Daniels rocket ship bed. This morning I woke up and had an e-mail with the following pictures attached:

So there you have it. In case you can't tell from the design, the bed is in blue and above the bed is a second level that Daniel can climb up into to play. Everything is to scale (of course) - Daniel's room is actually 10 x 11 not 9 x 9 like I mentioned in my last post. I think it's pretty neat looking, but I'm still hesitant about how this thing is going to be built (what materials) and at what cost (re: time and money). Thoughts? Comments? Questions? Suggestions?
