Tiny Talk Tuesday

Tiny Talk is back!...for this week at least. Here's what Allison, age 6 and Daniel, age 3 had to say this past week:

Riley was licking Daniel after dinner one night because Daniel had food on his shirt. Daniel was getting really frustrated and yelling at Riley.
Me: Do you not like Riley, should we give him away?
Daniel: Yes.
Me: You wouldn't be sad if he wasn't here any more?
Daniel: No. I only want a cat. I want a cat for one day. On Sunday I want a cat.

(The weird thing is I think I had almost the same conversation with Allison a couple years ago. She was frustrated with Riley and said she wanted a cat. I tried to find it on tiny talk post but could not locate it.)

I bought Allison a new winter coat since it was quite cold here last winter and it's already gotten before 40 degrees this winter. Allison put on her coat this morning, ran outside and exclaimed "I feel like a jackrabbit in the desert!"
