We're Back!

Yes, we are back from our trip to California. Just trying to readjust to the time change. We got home around midnight and Allison didn't go to bed until about 1am. I think it will take her a few days to get back to her old schedule. We had a great time with Aunt BonBon and Uncle Mymy. We went to the San Jose Children's Discovery Museum, the Monterey Bay Aquarium (our 2nd visit there) and a neat little zoo/amusement park called Happy Hollow. WE also visited some of Michael's relatives in Half Moon Bay and Allison was able to play with their 4 year old daughter Mia. They had a blast together.

All in all it was a great trip. The flights out there were great. It's not easy trying to fly with to little ones but the anticipation of seeing my sister made it easy. Coming home, on the other hand, seemed so much more difficult. Probably because we left later and lost three hours and the kids were crankier. But we survived and we don't have to fly again anytime soon. It sure take a lot out of you. As just put it last night, "Why do I feel like I just ran a marathon?" I hope to put together a photobook of our trip. Not sure when I'll get to that. I started working from home part time so my free time is quite limited. But I'm sure it will get done. It's nice to be home.
