Tiny Talk Tuesday

Welcome to Tiny Talk Tuesday. Here's what Allison, age 5 and Daniel, age 2 1/2 had to say this past week:

Me (while driving in the car): I have to stop and get gas.
Allison: But how do you know you need gas.
Me: Because the gas light came on.
Allison: Oh, is that the green arrow that I can see?
Me: No, that means I'm turning left or right.
Allison: But how does the car know which way you want to go? Do you type in the word because I never hear you say it to the car.
Me: No, I just turn the wheel.
Allison: Oh....

Allison: Mommy, Amanda was showing me, under your teeth, when you lose it, underneath there it's gold! (wouldn't that be something?!)

Daniel and I were out on a walk with the dog when we saw the mail truck. Daniel noticed the door was open and the steering wheel was on the wrong side of the car. He pointed to it and said "That truck not work!"
