Allison: Mommy, why do you put your house for sale when you move?
Me: Because when you're ready to move to a new house you usually sell the one you are moving out of.
Allison: But doesn't for sale mean cheaper than normal?

Daniel: Push me in!
Me: What's the magic word?
Daniel: Hocus Pocus.
