Such a Hard Stage

How do you keep a 9 month old from:

Getting into the dogs water bowl?
Crying when you leave the room?
Destroying his sisters tea parties (amd everything else she creates)?
Squirming like he's being tortured during a diaper change?
Trying to eat everything in sight (and I'm not referring to food)?
Arching his back when you try to put him in the car seat?
Pulling his sister's hair?
Screaming in the high chair because he isn't being fed fast enough?

Yes, I know I've been through this stage before but things are a bit different this time. With Allison:
1) No older sibling was present
2) She was a girl
3) It was almost 3 years ago! Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Please comment below.

(Don't get me wrong, I love my little Daniel and he is a wonderful sleeper, eater and is always perfectly content when I am holding him. Nine months is just a tough age!)

No, the girls do play well now, but you know siblings!
