We were lucky enough to celebrate Hanukkah with a good portion of my family this year (and some friends too!). I hosted a party on the first night which included 16 guests. Aunt Lily, Uncle Guih and my cousin Liza were visiting from Maryland which made it extra special. We also had all of my local family: Aunt Ruth and Uncle Bob, Aunt Esther and Uncle Allen and my mom and dad. We also included our great friends Karen and Neil and their kids Chris and Justin in our Hanukkah celebration. We feasted on potato latkes made by my mom, fried chicken made by Popeyes and Jewish Star pasta salad made by me! We also gathered around the piano while Allison played the dreidel song which Daniel so excitedly sang along to. Here's a a snip-it of them practicing earlier in the day:
